your disappointment and the inconveniences this is causing you.
With reference to your complaint, we request your understanding that a proper assessment from the distance and on the basis of
correspondence only, i.e.without having the possibility to inspect your vehicle, is not possible. However, for this reason and
as we had no information about your complaint until today, we will get in touch with our subsidiary Volkswagen Group Rus in
order to clarify the situation.
As soon as we receive further details, we will get back to you.
