Понимаю что позновато, но вдруг кому полезно будет. Проблему решил VAG-COMом, время работы оказывается программируется, здесь решение чтобы работал постоянно

[Adaptation - 10]
Channel 01
[Read]
Write down the existing value and enter "00" as a new value.
[Test]
